According to the Medical Rice Association, a Japanese organization that focuses on the advantages of rice, brown rice has specific features: indeed, brown rice is high in fiber, which allows better digestion. It contains refined grains, which make your stomach full and decrease the feeling of satiety (and help for diet!).
