Drip coffee, also known as Pour Over coffee, is a coffee made with a filter and a cup with a hole in it.
The preparation is effortless. The time depends on the size of the cup and the filter, but it shouldn’t take you more than 3 minutes.
Step 1:
Boil some water and then rinse the coffee filter so that the taste of the paper does not alternate with the taste of your coffee.
Step 2:
Place your ground coffee in the filter (if you’re preparing Café Genshin, you need about 10g for 250 ml of water).
Step 3:
Then pour boiled water over the whole coffee for about 30 seconds.
This allows the flavors of your coffee to be delivered more effectively. Then pour the remaining hot water gradually until your cup is full.
After finishing your coffee, you can use the leftover coffee as compost or make a potpourri.
