Café Genshin panna cotta recipe - by Kyalolu

Ingredients for 4 cups:

  • 2 bags of 供TOMO Café Genshin
  • 3g gelatin (or 2g agar agar powder)
  • 40cl of liquid cream at 30%
  • 15cl of milk
  • 25g of semolina sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

Method:

Step 1: Pour 15cl of liquid cream into a bowl. Put the bowl and the whisk of the electric mixer in the refrigerator at least 2 hours in advance.

Step 2: Rehydrate the gelatin in a bowl of cool water for 10 minutes.

Step 3: In a saucepan, pour 25cl of liquid cream, milk and caster sugar to a boil

Step 4: As soon as the first bubbles appear, turn off the heat and infuse 2 sachets of 供TOMO Café Genshin, covered, for about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Remove the sachets by squeezing them out to extract all the flavors. Squeeze out the gelatin and stir it into the mixture while it is still hot.

Step 6: Divide the mixture among 4 glasses. Let cool to room temperature and then let it rest in the refrigerator (minimum 2 hours before eating, preferably 12 hours).

Step 7: When the panna cotta is set, remove the cream bowl and whisk from the refrigerator. Add powdered sugar.

Step 8: Whip the mixture to obtain a light and firm whipped cream.

Step 9: Just before serving, add a teaspoon of whipped cream on each panna cotta.

It's ready, enjoy!
