"These cookies are egg-free and dairy-free, and we'll use olive oil instead of butter. Genshin coffee helps get a crunchy texture and adds just the right amount of bitterness in addition to a good flavor."
~Ingredients~(for 24 Japanese vegan cookies)
- 100g of wheat flour
- 14g of 供TOMO Café Genshin
- 30g of sugar
- 40g of olive oil
- 24 almonds
~Preparation~
1) Put the flour, Genshin brown rice coffee, sugar and olive oil in a plastic bag.
2)Knead and crush it until you get a dough that is not powdery in the bag.
3) Remove the dough from the bag, form balls with your hands and place them on a plate covered with a baking sheet. Lightly press the almonds into the center of the cookie dough.
4) Bake the cookies in a mini oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Let them cool before serving.
