We do our best to ensure the quality of our products. However, if a defective product has been delivered to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product using the contact form. We will take the appropriate measures by arranging the replacement of the defective product. We will cover the return shipping costs in this situation.
We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

2. if the product has been opened, or returned damaged, stained, and/or smelly
3. If the product was returned without prior contact
If you would like a refund, we will send you an email with details of the refund date within 7 business days after confirmation of the returned item.
