◾What is “yakikama”?
“Yakikama” is a Japanese snack made from white fish flesh, which has been processed into kamaboko. Thereafter they are dried and cut into pieces so you can eat them easily. The yakikama are then spiced with 7 rare spices (also known as shichimi) from a specialized store located in the famous Tsukiji fish market.
